Security and Protection
How are my funds protected?
All buyer funds are frozen during the transaction. They cannot be used by the seller until the order is completed. When a dispute is opened, an administrator can refund funds to the buyer or split them fairly.
What should I do if the seller does not respond?
If the seller does not respond in chat or does not fulfill the order, you can open a dispute. An administrator will review the situation and make a decision. You can also contact support through the order chat — administrators can join any chat to help.
How does the rating and review system work?
After completing an order, both buyer and seller can leave reviews about each other with a rating from 1 to 5 stars. Seller rating affects their position in search and buyer trust. Low rating may lead to account blocking.
What should I do if I notice suspicious activity?
If you notice suspicious activity (fraud, deception, rule violations), immediately contact support through the order chat or open a dispute. Administrators will review the situation and take necessary measures.

How do I buy a product or service?
1. Find the desired product through search or game catalog
2. Select a suitable offer from a seller
3. Specify quantity and required data (character name, server, etc.)
4. Choose payment method and pay for the order
5. Wait for seller confirmation
6. After receiving the product, confirm receipt
7. Leave a review about the seller
What payment methods are available?
You can pay for the order from your account balance (after topping it up) or choose other available payment methods. When paying from balance, funds are immediately frozen, and the order moves to "Pending seller confirmation" status.
What happens after paying for an order?
After payment, the order moves to "Pending seller confirmation" status. The seller has 30 minutes to accept or reject the order. If the seller accepts the order, it moves to "In progress" status, and the seller begins fulfillment.
How does buyer protection work?
Buyer funds are frozen during the transaction. After the seller confirms fulfillment, you have 72 hours to verify the product. If the product does not match the description or was not delivered, you can open a dispute. An administrator will review the dispute and make a decision: refund funds, transfer them to the seller, or split 50/50.
What should I do if the product does not match the description?
If the product does not match the description, was not delivered, or has poor quality, you can open a dispute within 72 hours after the seller confirms fulfillment. Specify the reason for the dispute and describe the problem. An administrator will review the dispute and make a fair decision.
How do I top up my balance?
Go to the "Balance" section in your profile, select a top-up method, specify the amount, and follow the instructions. For some methods, you may need to upload a receipt screenshot or provide a transaction hash. After processing by an administrator, funds will be credited to your balance.
How does automatic order confirmation work?
If you do not confirm receipt of the product within 72 hours after the seller confirms fulfillment, the order is automatically confirmed, and funds are transferred to the seller. This protects sellers from unscrupulous buyers.

How do I create an offer for sale?
1. Click the "Create Offer" button in your profile
2. Select a game and product/service category
3. Fill in all required fields (name, description, price, quantity, etc.)
4. Specify buyer requirements and what they will receive
5. Add additional services if necessary
6. Publish the offer
How does the seller ranking system work?
Seller rank depends on monthly turnover. The higher the turnover, the lower the platform commission. Ranks are automatically updated on the 1st of each month based on the previous month's turnover. The system motivates sellers to work actively and provide quality service.
What commissions are charged to sellers?
Platform commission depends on your seller rank. The higher the rank, the lower the commission. Commission is deducted from the order amount when the transaction is completed. Additionally, a payment method commission may be charged, but it is paid by the buyer.
When will I receive money for a completed order?
Funds are transferred to your balance after the buyer confirms receipt of the product or after the 72-hour automatic confirmation period expires. You will receive the amount minus the platform commission.
What should I do if I cannot fulfill an order?
If you cannot fulfill an order, you can reject it within 30 minutes after creation. However, note that your offer will be blocked for 30 minutes after rejecting an order. This protects buyers from unscrupulous sellers.
How do I confirm order fulfillment?
After fulfilling the order, click the "Confirm Fulfillment" button on the order page. After this, the buyer will have 72 hours to verify the product and confirm receipt. If the buyer does not confirm receipt within this time, the order will automatically complete.
How do I withdraw funds from my balance?
Go to the "Balance" → "Withdraw Funds" section, select a withdrawal method, specify the amount and details. A confirmation code will be sent to your email. After confirming the code, the request will be created and sent to an administrator for processing. Processing usually takes 24-48 hours.

How do I register on the platform?
To register, click the "Register" button in the top right corner. You will need to provide an email, username, and password. After registration, you need to verify your email by clicking the link in the email.
Is it safe to make transactions on the platform?
Yes, security is our priority. All funds are frozen during the transaction, the system automatically tracks order fulfillment, and administrators can intervene in disputes. Additionally, we have a rating and review system to assess seller reliability.

Order System
What statuses can an order have?
• Pending Payment — order created but not yet paid
• Pending Confirmation — order paid, awaiting seller confirmation (30 minutes)
• In Progress — seller accepted the order and is fulfilling it
• Pending Buyer Confirmation — seller confirmed fulfillment, buyer has 72 hours to verify
• Completed — order successfully completed
• Cancelled — order was cancelled
• Disputed — dispute opened for the order
What are timeouts in orders?
Timeouts protect both sides of the transaction:
• 30 minutes for seller to confirm order — if seller does not confirm, buyer can cancel
• 72 hours for buyer to confirm receipt — if buyer does not confirm, order automatically completes
• 24 hours to pay for order — if order is not paid, it is automatically cancelled
How does the dispute system work?
A buyer can open a dispute within 72 hours after the seller confirms fulfillment. An administrator reviews the dispute and can make one of the following decisions:
• Completed — funds are transferred to the seller
• Cancelled — funds are fully refunded to the buyer
• 50/50 — funds are split equally between buyer and seller (considering commission)

Technical Questions
How does the notification system work?
You can configure notifications in your profile. Email and Telegram notifications are available for various events (new orders, messages, status changes, etc.). You can also enable sound notifications in the notifications dropdown menu in the site header.
How does the chat system work?
A chat is automatically created for each order between buyer and seller. Administrators can join any chat to help resolve issues. All messages are saved and available in the "Chats" section.
What is frozen balance?
Frozen balance is funds that are temporarily unavailable for use. They are frozen when paying for an order and unfrozen after completing the transaction or refunding funds.
How does automatic status update work?
The system automatically updates order statuses when timeouts expire. For example, if a seller does not confirm an order within 30 minutes, the buyer can cancel it. If a buyer does not confirm receipt within 72 hours, the order automatically completes.
