How do dungeon boosts work? Do you play on my character or can I play on my own?
+Both options are available: Selfplay (you play): You control your character in a group with our experienced players. Pilot (we play): Our player logs into your account and completes the dungeon for you. You can choose whichever method is most convenient for you when placing your order.
Do you guarantee getting a specific item from a dungeon?
+Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a specific item drop, as drops in WoW are random. However, we do guarantee: Completing the dungeon and receiving all the loot that drops. Receiving a weekly reward from the Great Vault for completing keys. Assistance with personal loot if the item drops for someone on our team.
