How does a raid boost work? Will I be able to participate?
+Two formats are available: Selfplay: You play as your character on our team. Pilot: Our rider logs into your account and completes the raid for you. For challenging Mythic raids, we recommend the Pilot format to ensure consistent results.
Do you guarantee getting a specific item from a raid?
+We offer two options: Loot Sharing: You receive all loot dropped by your character during the game. Personal Loot: We guarantee you a priority roll for a specific item (for an additional fee).
Do you only do current raids or old ones too?
+We offer both options: Current raids for getting the best gear Old raids for farming transmogrification, achievements, and mounts
Does my character need any preparation?
+For Normal and Heroic raids, we accept characters with basic gear. For Mythic progression, there may be minimum item level requirements, which you'll see on the checkout page.
What if the raid is not completed in full?
+We guarantee completion of the bosses specified in the order. If the raid is not completed due to technical issues, we will refund any uncompleted bosses or offer an alternative completion time.
Do you provide services in all regions and servers?
+Yes, we work across all regions (EU/US) and can assemble a group for any server. Cross-server raids only require your character to be in the same region as our team.
